Terrifying!!!

I just received an email that linked to a website called The Chai Story. The eponymous Chai, an amazingly cute 10 year-old lab mix, lost his tongue due to a poorly manufactured toy, the "pimple ball with bell" (Item #20227-001, UPC Code 0 4566320227 9), produced by the Four Paws Company.
